FAQ

1.- What benefits do I have in relation to buying a traditional house?

During the adaptation and construction time, the client does not have to supervise the work and the budget is fixed to the final quote in the contract (Except for change orders that are signed by both parties). In beach areas it is much cheaper to install a Hometainer, since traditional foundations are not required it makes it easier to install the house, and if needed to relocate without affecting the land in any way.

2.- How long does it take to complete my Dōmad?

In our pre-designed models, the delivery time is 90 days from the contract signing. For customized models, it may vary depending on the size, but on average, it is ready within a period of 3 to 5 months.

3.- I would like to make changes to a design or create one tailored to my needs. Is that possible?

3.- Are you in charge of moving my Hometainer to my land?

5.- What payment options do you offer?

There are 3 payments: the initial investment of 60% to start your project, the second payment of 30% is made 45 days after the contract signing, and the remaining 10% upon completion of the house installation and official handover of your keys.

7.- What happens if I no longer need my Hometainer?

It is an asset that can be sold to a third party or has the advantage, unlike a traditional construction, of being able to move it to another site, in order to free up the land where it was installed.
